Jill’s Fundraising Journey is committed to protecting the wellbeing, dignity, and privacy of the families we support, as well as the supporters, volunteers, and members of the public who engage with our work.
Although we do not provide direct in-person services to applicants or guests as part of our holiday allocation process, we recognise our responsibility to operate safely, respectfully, and appropriately at all times.

Working with Families
Applications for charity-supported holidays may include information about serious illness and family circumstances. We:

only request information necessary to assess eligibility

treat all information confidentially

store information securely

do not share information unnecessarily

do not publish personal details without permission
Children and Young People
We support families that include children but do not deliver activities directly to children.
Information about children is:

collected only where necessary for accommodation arrangements

never used for marketing without consent

never shared outside essential booking requirements
Fundraising Activities
Trustees and volunteers may meet members of the public at fundraising events.
At all times, representatives of Jill’s Fundraising Journey are expected to:

behave respectfully and appropriately

avoid collecting unnecessary personal information

refer safeguarding concerns to trustees where appropriate

follow charity policies and procedures
Use of Images and Personal Stories
Images and stories shared through our website or fundraising activity are used only with appropriate permission.
We take particular care when sharing content involving:

No images may be reused without consent.
